Classic Winter Mountains
Grade:
(Grade explanation)
From the mighty Cairngorms and Glen Feshie mountains, to the Monadhliath and Creag Meagaidh, there are choices and challenges galore. Being based at Newtonmore lets us range widely to wherever the best conditions are. This is a perfect chance to bag a wintry peak or two and to pick up some experience along the way.
Classic Winter Mountains Brief Itinerary:
Day 1: Drive to north via Perth with time for a short mountain walk and the chance to revise your winter skills techniques. After that we head to our accommodation in Newtonmore.

- The Cairngorms
- Glen Feshie
- Drumochter hills

- Creag Meaghaidh
If necessary we can cross over to the more westerly mountains to access better conditions or to escape over dramatic weather conditions.
