How to pay
We accept payment by email, telephone, post, fax & internet.
You can pay using the following methods. 
Please note: Credit card payments over £50
will incur a 1% surcharge.
Other methods of payment:
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please print out
your completed order form and enclose your cheque or postal
order made out to CNDo Scotland Ltd, and send it to the following

Please note:We cannot dispatch
your goods until the cheque or postal order has cleared.
Postage Costs:
UK - £2.50 for items £50 and under. Sent by 1st
class post and signed for.
UK - £5.30 for items over £50. Sent by courier.
Non UK Delivery address - Postage is charged at cost and sent
by Swiftair registered.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
Please note that all prices displayed on this website are inclusive
of VAT (currently 17.5%)

Delivery
Normal delivery time - 7-28 days.
Orders are despatched from available stock on receipt of order.
If your choice of garment is not available, you will be informed
of expected delivery period and offered the option of withdrawing
the order.
Faulty Goods
If on receipt of your goods you discover they are faulty or
damaged please contact us as soon as possible. We will either,
refund the goods, replace or repair them or issue a credit note
at our discretion.
Returns Procedure
If you need to return an item we want to make it as easy and
painless as possible for you. In order to do this we need your
help, so please take the following steps so that we can process
your package on its return.
- Either e-mail or phone us and explain the situation.
- One of our customer service team will then discuss the situation with you.
- Ensure that the return is packaged appropriately.
- Enclose a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
- Send it to our office address as detailed above
If you follow these steps we will be able to process your return quickly and efficiently.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
